Day one: 7.30 am. pickup from your hotel in Adelaide, and travel 300 kms north to the historic Ghan Railway township of Quorn, then its on to Hawker the Hub of the Flinders Ranges and the gateway to the Outback before travelling through the Moralana Scenic Drive, one of the best in the Flinders Ranges, continuing on to Wilpena Pound. Book into accommodation at Wilpena Pound Resort and enjoy dinner in the Resort Restaurant.

Day two: Depart for Mount Chambers Gorge, the most spectacular accessible gorge in the Flinders Ranges. 4WD trek into the gorge for morning tea in an idyllic River Red Gum setting and walk along the floor of Mt Chambers Creek to view the gallery of aboriginal rock engravings reputed to be thousands of years old.Visit the old copper mining town of Blinman for lunch.  After lunch we travel through the Parachilna Gorge, Glass Gorge and stop at points of interest as we make our way back to the Wilpena Pound Resort for a second night.

Day three: Early breakfast before 20 minute flight over Wilpena Pound.   Then for the rest of the morning we visit the Bunyeroo Gorge & Brachina Gorge within the Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park, a geological journey through 640 million years.  We may be lucky enough to spot some rare Yellow Footed Rock Wallabies in their natural habitat.  We then return to Adelaide via Hawker and the wine region of the Clare Valley and arrive in Adelaide late afternoon.
